Joe has been a pleasure to work with and honestly I wouldn’t want another realtor to work with us, his listening and communication skills are top notch. When we told him our needs and wants, we could definitely see the outcome of the active listening, we started this process back in October with Joe. After a very long process we finally found a house we can make a home. He is not the one to back down from a fight and make sure the numbers are right. My family and I are very thankful that we got in contact with Joe. We can’t thank him enough for finding the right home for us to fulfill our needs. Where do I even begin? Joe was the best realtor we could have asked for. Hands down the best experience we could have had with a realtor with moving 8 hours away from what we once called home!
